  • 2 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder 
  • Genuine salt 
  • Crisply ground dark pepper 
  • 2 extensive eggs 
  • 1 c. generally useful flour 
  • 1 lb. crude shrimp, stripped and deveined 
  • Crisply slashed cilantro, for topping 


FOR Blast SAUCE 

  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 
  • 2 tbsp. sweet bean stew sauce 
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha 
  • Juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 tsp. nectar 
  • Fit salt 




Headings 

  1. Preheat broiler to 400° and line a substantial heating sheet with material paper. In a shallow bowl, mix together bread morsels, oil, and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
