Fixings 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil 
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano 
  • 1/2 tsp genuine salt 
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper pieces 
  • 28-ounce can Muir Glen diced flame cooked tomatoes 
  • 8 ounces goat cheddar, cut 
  • 1 loaf 


Directions 

  1. Preheat stove to 375F. 
  2. In a medium dish, heat olive oil over medium-high warmth. Include garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and red pepper drops. Saute for 45 seconds or until garlic is fragrant however not carmelized. Blend in the tomatoes and warmth at a delicate stew for 10 to 15 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken. Expel from the warmth. 
  3. Empty the tomato blend into a stove confirmation preparing dish, top with cut goat cheddar. Prepare for 15 minutes, cook on high for 4-6 minutes, observing cautiously, until the goat cheddar is brilliant dark colored. 
  4. To make crostini, cut loaf and toast at 375F for 15 minutes.
