  • ¼ teaspoon preparing soft drink (discretionary)
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

For whatever is left of the dish:

  • 12 oz.fresh ho fun level rice noodles
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 scallions, split down the middle vertically and cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 3 flimsy cuts ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons dim soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons standard soy sauce
  • Squeeze of sugar
  • salt and white pepper, to taste
  • 4 to 6 ounces crisp mung bean grows

Directions

  1. Consolidate the meat and marinade fixings and let it marinate for around 60 minutes. The smidgen of heating soft drink kneads the meat. The longer you marinate the hamburger, the more delicate it gets. This is absolutely discretionary.
  2. A helpful hint for cutting the hamburger is to solidify it until it gets firm however not strong which makes cutting the meat a lot less demanding!
