Fixings :
  • 8 oz of slender pasta – I utilized flimsy spaghetti – cooked according to box guidelines. 
  • 1/2 cucumber – stripped, seeded and meagerly cut 
  • 1 carrot – stripped and meagerly cut 
  • 1 little red pepper – seeded and meagerly cut 
  • 3/4 measure of shelled edamame beans – I utilized crisp ones from Merchant Joe's 
  • 3 slight scallions – green part just – cut daintily 
  • 2 tbs nutty spread – stout or smooth is alright 
  • 2 tbs dull sesame oil 
  • 1 tbs light soy sauce 
  • 1 tbs rice wine vinegar 
  • 1 tsp nectar 
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper chips 
  • 1 tbs water 
  • 1/4 container peanuts – dry broiled or rankled peanuts 

Directions :
  1. Cook pasta as per bundle directions. Channel in a colander and wash under virus water and put aside. 
  2. Cut the cucumber, carrot and red pepper into slim matchstick shapes all generally a similar size – put aside.
